The terms on which Kineket buys phones from you and sells refurbished phones to you.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of kineket.com and any transaction with Kineket, a proprietorship of Ravinder Singh, at D-20A, D Block, 100 Futa Road, Phase 1, Chattarpur, New Delhi - 110074. By using this website or transacting with us, you accept these terms.

2. Price quotations

Prices quoted over phone, WhatsApp or email are indicative only, based on the details you give us. They are not a binding offer. The final price is confirmed only after a physical inspection of the handset, and is valid for 48 hours from confirmation. If the device condition differs from what you described, we will show you exactly what we found and quote a revised price, which you are free to decline.

3. Selling a phone to Kineket

  • You confirm that you are the lawful owner of the device, that it is not stolen, lost, blacklisted, financed or under any lien, and that you are 18 years or older.
  • You must produce a valid government photo ID at the time of sale. We record it as required for second-hand device purchases.
  • You must sign out of all accounts and remove screen lock and activation lock (iCloud / Google / Samsung) before handing over the device.
  • You are responsible for backing up your own data. Once wiped, data cannot be recovered.
  • Ownership passes to Kineket on payment. A sale, once completed and paid, is final.
  • If a device is later found to be stolen or IMEI-blacklisted, we will report it to the police and cooperate fully with the investigation.

4. Pickup and payment

Doorstep pickup within our stated service area is free, whether or not you complete the sale. Payment is made by cash or UPI at the time of handover. We do not take possession of a device before payment is made.

5. Buying a refurbished phone

  • Refurbished phones are pre-owned devices that have been inspected, repaired where needed, cleaned and tested. Cosmetic condition is described honestly by grade; minor marks are normal.
  • Stock and prices change daily. A listing on this website is an invitation to enquire, not a guarantee of availability.
  • A 6-month limited warranty covers hardware faults arising in normal use. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair, or normal battery wear.
  • A 7-day replacement applies if a hardware fault appears within seven days of purchase, with the invoice produced.
  • Warranty service is carried out at our Chattarpur store. Keep your invoice - it is your warranty document.

6. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel a pickup at any time before the device is handed over, at no cost. For refurbished purchases, a fault reported within 7 days is replaced or refunded in full. Returns for change of mind are not accepted once the device has left the store, unless required by law.

7. Website use

You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes only. You may not copy its content, scrape it, or use it to mislead others. All trademarks, brand names and model names belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe the devices we deal in. Kineket is not an authorised dealer or service centre of any brand.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kineket's liability in connection with any transaction is limited to the amount paid or payable for that device. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data you did not back up.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time from the account deletion page.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi. Before going to court, please raise the matter with us - most issues are settled with a phone call to 9821030038.
